1. Effluent Limitations
Beginning no later than [he effective date of this permit and lasting through July 31, 2001, [he permit[ee is authorized to
discharge from outfall 001 -the outfall Crom Pond E, prior to entering Fish Creek.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and
Regulations for State Dischazge Permit System, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not
contain effluent pazame[er concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified
flow limitation.
