These amounts
would occur in years one and two of the mining operation. At this
time, we would have no minor disturbance and no shoreline grading
under moderate disturbance. This was noted in our Table of
Disturbance which we enclosed with our letter of January 2, 1992 .
On average, I expect you would see 3, 000 cubic yards of topsoil,
20, 000 cubic yards of overburden, and from 20, 000 to 80, 000 cubic
yards of processed sand and gravel stockpiled. Under either
scenario, the stockpile of processed sand and gravel could be sold
off and does not impose any reclamation costs.
If you have any further questions, please do no hesitate to call
me. We look forward to receiving the permit in the new future.
Cordially,
TUTTLE APPLEGATE, INC.
Gary Tuttle
GJT/cr
cc: File #91-156A
Bill Kobobel
11990 Grant Street, #410 Telephone: ( 303 ) 452-6611
Denver, Colorado 80233 Facsimile: ( 303 ) 452-2759
