The application is for the existing Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit Jfo. C-81-019 by Colowyo Coal Company, 5731 St_te Highway Jfo. 13, Meeler, Colorado 81641, filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Colora~o Department of „atural resources, 13'_3 Sherman Street, Roam ,23, Denver, Colorado 802^3.
