1 <br />' 4) Total Depletions During Mining <br />' We will forward complete calculations of depletions during mining upon completion of <br />the Temporary Substitute Supply Plan. <br />' Depletions Ajter Reclamation <br />Total depletions after mining will result from evaporation from the ponds and will be <br />' calculated as part of the Temporary Substitute Supply Plan. We will forward this <br />information to the Division of Minerals and Geology upon completion of the State <br />Engineer's review. <br />' 1. Indicate the projected amount from each of the sources of water to supply the project water <br />requirements for the mining operation and reclamation. <br />It is anticipated that all water for the operation of the site will be provided by water rights <br />associated with the historic agricultural production on this site. The Temporary Substitute <br />' Supply Plan will address the source and amount of water from each water right associated <br />with the property and how each of those water rights will be utilized in the mmmg <br />' operation. <br />1.
