These sites were originally recommended for relocation on the basis of their proximity <br />to active Columbian sharp-tailed grouse leks. Based on the following information we have received we agree to <br />withdraw that request: <br />The Cow Camp point cow 001 is located on the opposite side of Routt CR 51 D from the active grouse lek. <br />Drilling activity will take place outside of both the grouse breeding and nesting seasons. <br />Drill site locations are small in size, temporary in nature, and will be reclaimed immediately after drilling <br />operations have ceased. <br />For the remainder of the proposed drill site locations we aze still recommending that the timing of the drilling <br />operations fall outside of the May-June nesting period for these birds. <br />Thank you for your cooperation and the assistance from your staff during our review of this proposal. <br />Please contact me at 276-3338 or Liza Rossi at 871-2861 if you have additional questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />James M.
