PROCESSIl~iG <br />(s.ND OTHER NON~T_~I.LIC ~v~R~LS EYCEPT FUEL) <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE LNDER THE <br />COLOR4D0 DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Coturol Act, (?5-8-101 et seq., CRS, <br />1973 as amended) and the Federal Water Pollurion Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1351 et seq.; the <br />"Act"), this permit authorizes the discharge of process water and stormwarer associated with operations <br />enraged in mining and processing of sand and gravel (including rock and stone used as aggregate), and <br />mining and quarrying of other nonmetallic minerals except fuels, certified tinder this permit, from those <br />locations specified throughout the State of Colorado to specified waters of the State. Such discharges shall <br />be in accordatce with the conditions of this nermit. <br />This permit specifically authorizes the facility listed on page 1 of this permit to discharge process water <br />and/or stormwater associated with operations engaged in mining and processing of sand and gravel <br />(including rock and stone used as aggregate), and m'~ and quarrying of other nonmetallic minerals <br />except fuels, as of this date, in accordance with the permit requirements and conditions set forth in Para <br />and II hereof.
