5.0 CONSISTENCY WITH OTHER PLANS
The New Thornton facility is currently regulated through the Spill Prevention Control
and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans under section 311 of the CWA (as attested to in
Section 3f). As such, it reflects the requirements set forth in that Plan, which is
incorporated herein by reference.
