GOVERNMENTAL CONTRACT

The mining is being done by the County itself for gravel for use on county roads.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS
Since the water table is 120 feet deep, there will be no accumulated water and
no water pollution.
The material being moved is heavy enough that no fugitive dust is anticipated.
There will be no change in the dry stream bed. The steam dead-ends in the
sandhills several miles east of the mined area.
