Reoresentative Semolina <br />Samples and measurements taken as required herein shall be <br />representative of the volume and nature of the monitored discharge. All <br />samples shall be taken at the monitoring points specified in this permit <br />and, unless otherwise specified, before the effluent joins or is diluted <br />by any other wastestream, body of water, or aubetance. Monitoring <br />points shall not be changed without notification to and approval by the <br />Division. <br />4. Analytical and Semolina Methods for Monitoring <br />Analytical and sampling methods utilized by the discharger shall conform <br />to Colorado Regulations for Effluent Limitations (10.1.5), and to <br />regulations published pursuant to Section 304 (h) of the Clean Water <br />Act. <br />The analytical method selected for a parameter shall be the one that can <br />measure the lowest detected limit for that parameter unless the permit <br />limitation or stream standard for those parameters not limited, is <br />within the testing range of another approved method. <br />Calculations for all limitations which require averaging of measurements <br />. shall utilize an arithmetic mean unless otherwise specified. <br />Amended 10/13/94 Effective 11/13/94 <br />
