• Reclamation activities will occur as components of the mine are completed. Contemporaneous
reclamation will be conducted in the surface mine area and portal reclamation will occur as each
area is mined out. Reclamation will be consistent with post mining land uses and will restore the
land to an equal or better productivity than currently exists. Additional information concerning
the existing environment and operational and reclamations is presented in sections 2.04 and 2..05
of the permit application.
