In lieu of a reclamation bond from counties, a statement from the <br />chairman of the San Miguel County Commissioners is needed that states that . <br />the affected lands in all of the 14 pits will be reclaimed in accordance with <br />the terms of the permit and section 34-32-116 of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act. This requirement is found on page 24 of the latest version of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (34-32-117(1)(e)). <br />1 have tried to be comprehensive in my review of this permit application <br />application.
