Commence reclamation on abandoned or inactive operations on or <br />before December 3I, 1978. <br />8. Plead no contest to the issue of having conducted an unpermitted <br />open mining sand and gravel operation at: See Exhibit A. <br />between the dates of before July 1st, 1973 and present time <br />for the purposes of all hearings conducted by the Board pursuant <br />to its authority under C.R.S 1973, Sections 34-32-123 and 124, <br />as amended. <br />9. Follow all the provisions of the cease and desist order issued on <br />this operation until and unless the Board subsequently modifies the <br />terms thereof or removes the condition from the order.
