Excavation crews placed and compacted on-site borrow matenal for the dam embankment for <br />Sedimentation Pond 010, adjacent to Haul Road Y-B. <br />Remarks: <br />The matenal tested generally met protect specifications. Compaction ranged from 95% to 97% and moisture <br />contents ranged from 1.5% to 3.5% below opnmum. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Chuck McCulloh, of Seneca Coal Company, was notified of today's test results. <br />• <br />
