As requested, we visited the project site on this date to conduct nuclear density tests No.'s 155 through 158 on the
material placed. Excavation crews placed and compacted on-site borrow fill material for the above toe drain nlis
on the dam being constructed for Pond 010. We also conducted a density test on material previously place for the
embankment.
Remarks:
The matenal tested generally met protect specifications: Compaction ranged from 97% to 99% and moisture
contents averaged 1 to 3% below optimum.
Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing.
