EXHIBIT L <br />Reclamation Costs <br />• Maximum pit depth and acreage of pit excavation: <br />Total maximum depth will be 10 feet, total acreage will be 20. <br />• Volume of stockpiled overburden materials and distance from pit excavation <br />Overburden materials will be 49,266 cubic yards, materials will be placed 15 feet <br />from the excavation site. <br />• Volume of stockpiled topsoil materials and distance from pit excavation <br />Top soil materials will be 16,422 cubic yards, the materials will be placed 45 feet <br />from the excavation site. <br />• Volume of plant growth materials and distance from pit excavation <br />Plant growth materials will be 1,000 cubic yards, the material will be placed 55 <br />feet from the excavation site. <br />• Acreage of plant, stockpile and processing area <br />Acreage of plant, stockpile and processing area will be approximately 3 acres. <br />• Acreage to be re-vegetated <br />20 acres will need to be re-vegetated <br />Glenn E. Sessions and Sons, Inc. Estimates that it will cost them .50 cents per yazd to <br />reclaim the pit with 65,000 yazds of soil. For a total of $3,250.00 <br />
