PUBLIC NOTICE FORMAT
For Limited Impact (110) operations, this notice must be published twice, one week
apart, the final date of publication being no later than 48 hours prior to the date
for Board consideration of the application. Far Regular (112) operations, this
notice must be published once a week for four consecutive weeks, the final date of
publication being at least twenty days prior to the date for Board consideration.
All notices must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality
of the pro-posed mining operation. A suggested format is as follows:

5 days after date of last publication or prior to 48 hours before the
Board meeting, whichever comes first. For all regular (112) operations,
the date is calculated by adding 20 days to the date of the fourth
