The following adequacy concerns <br />listed for each application. <br />Berthoud Pink Quarries <br />M-85-211 <br />M-85-212 <br />M-85-213 <br />M-85-214 <br />referenced permit <br />have been identified and are <br />The mine plan should contain a commitment to salvaging all <br />available topsoil and fines for later use in reclamati n. The map <br />should show where the salvaged material will be stockpiled. The <br />operator must commit to seeding this material to preve erosion if <br />stockpiles will remain in place for more than one seas <br />2. The map must identify any adjacent landowners. <br />3. The map showing the southern mine area should include the length of <br />the eastern boundary. <br />4. The access road between the north and south permit area should be <br />included in the permit boundary. <br />5. Calculations by the Division for the northern permit ar a show this <br />area to be 8.5 acres based upon map lengths given. The southern <br />area could not be calculated because the eastern length was not <br />included. However, according to operator this area is .5 acres <br />making the permit boundary over 10 acres not including oads. A <br />limited impact permit must be under 10 acres. Areas ov r 10 acres <br />must be covered in a regular (112) permit. Please comet nt. <br />6. How deep will these quarries be mined? <br />7.
