That particular area was affec~ed then, you arc not responsible <br />to reclaim all of it under the present statute. <br />John Ward: If you can pick out which land... <br />Shelton: Yeah, if you can identify the lands that were disturbed up to July 1 <br />of 73. <br />Turner: You see, any disturbance since 73 falls under the a~.t, even if it <br />is in. an area that was already previously disturbed. So the fact <br />that it may have been disturbed in 69 and 70 and then redisturbed in <br />76 doesn't provide any knowledge... <br />B. Spillers: (Question unintelligible).
