Spillers, File No. 80-143. <br />Thais Texas Creek gravel pit, it's a 6.73 acre gravel pit located <br />9 miles north of Bayfield, and the Spillers own both the surface and <br />mineral rights and the adjacent landowners have been notified and <br />we have received objections in the form of a request foc a hearing <br />on this application, and this is File No. 80+-143, and you have in <br />your handy the objection, and Plr. Sadler is here, who is one of the <br />sil;ners of the objection, and there is also a petition, of which you <br />have a copy, relating to the objection. The items in the objection - <br />Item No. 1, the stability of a man-made structure within 200 feet: <br />Jim Schmieding made an inspection down there and found that there was <br />a residence within 200 feet of the operation and that there was <br />structural damage, some cracks in the planks. However, I presume <br />that Chi's probably would have to be determined by a registered professional <br />enf;ineer, the cause of this damage. <br />Shelton: This is an existing operation?
