Sadler moved there, when he bought it, is really <br />innnaterial to the facts of the case. The law requires, number one, <br />a permit. The law requires that the affected boundary of the permit <br />not be within 200 feet of existing stn.ctures, or if it's less than <br />that, the consent of the owner has to be obtained. I think these are <br />• the things we have to stick to, and the zoning question, we've had <br />this come up at previous meetings where certain counties in the state <br />do not have zoning. This Board does not have the jurisdiction, in fact <br />w~.'d be .laughed out of court if we tried to take that jurisdiction as to <br />zoning. Tf~at's the county's prerogative, and they've elected not to do <br />
