Please find enclosed a copy of the letter transmitting your letter to the Colorado
Division of Minerals and Geology. In that transmittal [propose that if an actual amendment is
not required prior to start of operations, that an on-site meeting be held to review the plan and
discuss the matters of concern to the Soil Conservation District. It is not unlikely that when an
operator is found they will want to start work as quickly as possible. Therefore, expediting
such discussions could be essential to the needs of the operator. Also, in my experience,
on-site reviews of plans help produce better relations between the various parties and result in
a deeper understanding of how a plan will work.
Thank you for your support.
Respectfully,
~~~ ~ ~ .
Mazk A.
