On August 5, 1999, the Lower Blue P! nning Commissi.`on approved your request for an amendment to
your previously approved condition~se permit in eider to revise the design for Lake #3 (formerly Lake
#2), increase the maximum annual production, and incoporate a change to allow asphalt paving
fragments to be used as inert fill. The Commissionl~approval included the following conditions:
1. The landscape clusters azound Lake #3 shall be'as per the original approval in terms of plantings per
cluster (5-10 trees and 10-20 shrubs) and total laidscape planting; however, the applicant shall have
the discretion to relocate a majority of the landscape clusters to the west side of the lake if they so
choose. -
2. Finished slopes of all Lakeshore undulations:muStremmn at 4:1, however the finished slopes of those
portions of the Lakeshore that are not undulations'may be reduced to 3:1.
