Maximum amount of coal in storage in the stockpile shall not exceed <br />500,000 tons. <br />2. The stockpile shall be watered to reduce fugitive dust emissions. <br />Chemical dust suppressants shall be employed if water control is <br />not adequate. <br />3. Wind screens or fences shall be applied to the stockpile if wind <br />erosion emissions are excessive. <br />4.
