No cut/fill information or size of disturbed areas; <br />j) No final plans for process water, and there is no water adjudicated for <br />proposed use; <br />k) Inadequate information on groundwater; <br />I) Inadequate information on rock slope stability of granite quarry; and <br />m) Inadequate information to determine whether blasting will cause <br />problems for residents, structures, highway/railroad users, <br />recreationists. <br />The above is a list of review issues of the mining plan. The reclamation plan <br />review has not been completed. <br />2. Comments/Objector Issues (within DMG jurisdiction): <br />a) Blasting -causing landslides, rock slippage, reactivation of fault, <br />building damage, well damage; <br />b) No planned reclamation of the quarry highwall and benches; <br />c) State Parks and Recreation -physical impacts to the environment, <br />river water quality, soils, vegetation; <br />d) Affected land boundaries; <br />e) Affect of gravel operation on groundwater; <br />fl Sedimentation; <br />g) Applicant's plan to pump 30,000 gpd from groundwater may affect <br />resident wells; <br />State Engineer <br />a) Applicant must first obtain a well permit with a plan for <br />augmentation; <br />b) Affect on riparian habitat; <br />
