The direction of mining will proceed <br />on a North and Southeasterly direction from the point of beginning= <br />it will proceed in such a way as to minimize the distance and amount <br />any material is to be moved. It is not anticipated that any blasting <br />powder or dynamite will be used, as the nature of the gravel bed is <br />• such that regular construction equipment should be all that is <br />necessary to operate the pit.. (SEE EXHIBIT C) <br />Exhibit Es Reclamation Plan <br />In reclaiming the area, the clay base under the gravel will be <br />F graded and shaped to the extent that any deep holes or abnormal <br />topography will be modified. Following thas, the subsoil will <br />be replaced in such a way as to provide smmewhere between 6 to <br />14 inches to material, then the topsoil will be spread over the <br />subsoil at an estimated depth of from $ to 10 inches. At this <br />time the soil will be worked in order•^. to bind it and remove <br />excess air in preparation to reseeding it to grass as explained <br />in the attached recomendations or to again be included in the dry <br />crop agricultural program of the lessor. The area should be <br />more level at the conclusion of the reclamation than it presently <br />is~ however in the event of a High Wall condition on the South and <br />.r <br />I <br />
