WALKER ROBINSON, being first duly sworn upon oath, de- <br />poses ans says: <br />' 1. He is the chairman of the Board of The Robinson Brick <br />and Tile Company, a Colorado corporation, and is empowered to <br />act for and on behalf of said corporation in all respects in <br />connection with any applications, petitions, contracts, cor- <br />respondence of activities with or before the Colorado !11ined <br />Land Reclamation Act. <br />2. The property known as the Ute 1~4ine is Leased by the <br />corporation under a Lease Agreement dated September 29th,1954, <br />by and between A.W. Nitz as lessor, currently owner being The <br />Sedalia Land Company, and The Robinson Brick and Tile, Company, <br />as leese. A copy of said agreement is on file and available <br />for inspection at the offices of the corporation in Denver, <br />' Colorado. <br />3.
