Our property has been approved for medium density residential and the new
Loveland Comprehensive Master Plan also has the property designated as medium density
residential (see attached exhibits). We are concerned the floodway channel has been altered when
the banks were filled. I have asked your consulting engineers to provide us with confirmation that
any work you or your predecessors have done will not affect our right to build in the flood fringe
area as depicted on the enclosed General Development Plan approval from the City of Loveland.
I have yet to receive your floodway study.
A copy of this letter, with enclosures will be filed with the Division of Minerals and Geology,
as well as officials at Larimer County and the City of Loveland concerning this matter.
If you have any further questions or comments, please contact me at your earliest
convenience.
Sincerely,
,~ te..a~str
r
Don Marostica
Manager
Enclosures
cc: Colorado Division of Minerals (Certified)
Sean Wheeler, Larimer County
Matt Dulcich, City of Loveland
Donald Taranto, TST, Inc (Certified)
