If an operation is expected to directly affect surface or groundwater <br />systems, Construction Materials Rule 6.4.7 requires an applicant to submit <br />information identifying the location of various water sources, all known <br />aquifers, a water management plan, projected water requirements and the <br />water sources to meet those requirements, and compliance with state and <br />federal water quality control laws. <br />
