The weight of the evidence demonstrates that the Applicant has met the <br />minimum requirements of Construction Materials Rules 3.1.9 and <br />6.4.5(2)(d). <br />F. Will Reclamation Plan Achieve Final Land Use of Cropland? <br />Construction Materials Rule 3.1.1 requires the proposed reclamation plan <br />to achieve the final land use proposed, in this case cropland. <br />2. The Objectors assert that the Applicant failed to comply with the <br />minimum requirements of Construction Materials Rule 3.1.1. <br />3. The Applicant intends to grade the pit floors to 2% over 156 acres, which <br />approximates their current grade. According to the Applicant, this slope <br />will allow farm equipment to traverse the area.
