Anew page 3 of the application with the required information is enclosed. <br />2. The public notice will be published Wednesday, August 1, 2007 and will also be mailed by certified <br />mail to the required parties. Proof of publication and mailing of notices will be sent to you as soon as I <br />get them. <br />3. I included a reclamation cost estimate with the application exhibits, though I neglected to label it under <br />Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan. Anew copy is enclosed. <br />4. The drainage ditch referred to where the existing bridge will be replaced by the 15" culvert is owned by <br />H1S Properties. The existing bridge is paR of an old trailer bed thrown across the ditch to allow access <br />to the old existing road up the hill. The existing bridge is also owned by H/S Properties. <br />5. HIS Properties is pwsuing a damage agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad. We will commit to no <br />distwbance within 200 feet of the railroad until the damage agreement is obtained or an appropriate <br />geotechnical stability report is submitted. <br />Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need.
