Any untreated overflow which is discharged from facilities designed, constructed, and operated to o
contain or treat a~ applicable all process generated wastewater and the surface runoff to the treat- o
ment facility from a 10-year, 24-hour preclpltatlor event shall not be subject to the limitations set 4°,
forth in this section. The 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event for this facility is 1.8 inches. m
The official precipitation gage station identified with the facility shall be Delta 3 NW. The `"'
permittee has the option of operating and maintaining a precipitation gage at the facility.
