<br />APR ~ 8 2Q06 <br />PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />Division of Minerals and Gealeg y <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. All of <br />these structures are shown on Map C-2. The land boundaries aze shown on Map C-1. Two <br />structures aze not owned by the landowner and require damage waivers. These aze enclosed in this <br />section. <br />A) House, 21azge sheds, 2 silos, and irrigation ditch south of the permit azea owned by the <br />landowner. <br />B) The three strand barbed wire fence with wood posts along the south perimeter of the property <br />line. This fence is owned by the landowner. <br />C) The access road to the gravel site owned by the landowner. <br />D) One -three strand bazbed wire fence extending north-northwest on the west side of the permit <br />area. This is owned by the landowner and will be removed by the mining operation. It will not be <br />replaced since the new azea will be flattened and used for irrigation. <br />E) One overhead powerline located neaz the Mazgazet Hale house is owned by Delta Montrose <br />Electric Association. Although within 200 feet of the permit boundary, there is no activity planned <br />anywhere neaz the powerline. <br />F) One underground phone line owned by Quest Communications is located along the access road <br />to the Mazgazet Hale house. Although within 200 feet of the permit boundary, there is no activity <br />planned anywhere neaz the phone line. <br />The landowner is fully aware of his structures within 200 feet of the permit area. <br />None of these structures will be affected by the mining and processing operation shown in these <br />plans. <br />BellgazdtPit 1/06 54 <br />
