• Bellgazdt could not sign it. Therefore, it was decided that a new permit application would be filed. <br />When it is approved, the old permit in August Bellgazdt's name will be removed. <br />Therefore, the new permit azea is 36.02 acres. A new bond is being calculated for the entire operation <br />with the additional land. The proposed bond in the Amendment application to the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology is $31,977. <br />In the interest of continuity and to allow a cleazer understanding of the history of the site, all <br />language in this document refers to the lands added in 2006 as the 2006 Amendment. All of the old <br />disturbance and new disturbance is still covered under the new permit, where the pit name is the same <br />(Bellgazdt Pit). This application is also subject to the Montrose County Special Use rules and <br />regulations. <br />Western Gravel, Inc. is the contract operator and will place the reclamation bond with the DMG.
