We have no problem with the operations being proposed by Allen Drilling and Excavating and have been assured by Allen Drilling and Excavating that should any damage occur [o our structures and improvements due to the proposed opemtions, Allen Drilling and Excavating will fully repair any such damage at its expenses or provide fiill compensation for any damage.
