• Permit Condition <br />-6- <br />1_~ A reportable split is a spill of any toxic or hazardous substance (including spills of petroleum products) within the <br />mined land permit area reportable to any Division of the Colorado Deparhtrent of Public Health and the Environrtxn[, the <br />Alational Response Center, the Colorado Emergency Planning Comemssion, any iota( &ttcrgency Planning Corrnrtissioa, <br />local Emergency Panning Committee, or the State Oi{ Inspector. The Mince Operamr shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) of a reportable spill within the mined rand pemilt area using the same timeframe <br />required by the pemtit, license, notice, statute, Wile or regulation governing the reporting of [he spill to the other appropriate <br />agency. Notice of a reportable spill shall be FAXed ro: Minerals Program Supervisor, Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety, FAX (303) 832-8106.
