The attached information is being provided to <br />notify you of [he location and nature of the proposed operation. The attire application is on file widt the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the "Division") and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to o r i a i n a 1 use. Pursuant to <br />Section 3432.5-116(4xm), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the kcal Board of County Commissioners before approving <br />of the post-mining land use. Accordntgty, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
