All operation will be contained in <br />10 acres: roads, pit, stock pile. <br />(b) Surface of rangeland is extremely rocky. Topsoil is very minimal. Will save <br />and place back on pit area <br />(c) 2"- 6" of topsoil stockpiled, no waste rock. Topsoil will be protected from <br />erosion with a temporary seed mix of native gasses. <br />(d) Thickness of deposit to be mined: approximately I S feet <br />(e) Major components of mining operation: mobile crushing unit, quarter mile <br />access road to site from state road, above ground mining only <br />(f) No distwbances <br />(g) Proposed access road approximately 2585' X 24' to wanly road as drawn on <br />map Exhibit E. Drainage not applicable. <br />(h) No water used; <br />(i) N/A <br />(j) N/A <br />(k) N/A <br />(1) Grading of pit walls will be a slope of 3:1 and revegetated for erosion wntrol. <br />All drainage from pit will be wntained in pit azea <br />(m) Deposit to be crushed on site; <br />(n) Commodity to be mined: wncrete aggegate, road base. <br />(o) Concrete aggregate, chips, and road maintenance. <br />(p) No explosives used <br />6.3.4 EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />(1) <br />(a) Mining at North end will begin at 15 feet and move to the south end <br />(b) Slope will not exceed 3:1 <br />(c) USDA and NRCS gals seeding plans will be used, see attached <br /> (i) Replacing 6 inches of topsoil will be adequate for plant gowth <br /> (ii) Site will be seeded after a minimum of 3 years of operation. Site will <br /> be disked in prepazation. If soil deficiencies aze detected manure will <br /> be tilled in. <br /> (iii) All pit area is rangeland gasses and will be seeded back to rangeland <br /> gasses as specified by USDA <br /> (iv) Seed will be broadcast and harrowed. <br /> (v) If needed mulch will be straw crimped acwrding to USDA <br /> specifications. <br /> (vi) N/A <br />(d) N/A <br />
