Grade topsoil stockpiles to a slope of 3H:1 Y, <br />The applicant will commit to this. <br />3, How many inches of overburden will be stripped? Is th re enough <br />to backfill so slopes do not exceed 3H:1V? <br />0"-9" of overburden will be stripped and there will. be .a sufficient <br />quantity to finish any backslope to 3H:1V or flatter. <br />4, How will overburden stockpile be stabilized? II <br />The applicant will treat overburden stockpiles in the ame manner <br />as topsoil stockpiles with sloping at 3H:1V and seedin with 6 pounds <br />PLS/acre of Western Wheatgrass. <br />
