<br />are due al the Weld County assessor's office by April 15.
<br />Tazpayers seeking an extension must apply by the dead-
<br />linewith afee for eztensions. '
<br />The penalty far not filing a personal property declara-
<br />tion is an automatic increase over the previous year's val-
<br />uation. Also, those who do not file or file late are
<br />penalized, by law,115 per cent of the total ta: dollar not to .

<br />GREELEY -The Weld County Council, in accordance
<br />"with the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is now accept-
<br />ing letters.of appliption to fill a council vacancy left by
<br />the resignation of Robert Martin, who held an at-large go-
<br />sition on the rnuncil.
<br />The term of office expires December 1984. However, the
<br />person appointed to this position will maintain the seat wr-
<br />til November 1982, at which time the rnuncil member
<br />must run for election in order to retain the position.
