This liner is intended to be installed during the first phases of the operation ~j~'D <br />and monitored for effectiveness during the final phases of the mining. As the 'G, <br />liner for the Wellington Downs Pit to the west is the same construction method, c~g'S'`'' <br />and has proven to be effective, we believe the applicant has sufficient expertise ~ <br />and quality control to adequately construct the liner. The applicant will advise they <br />Division of the proposed schedule for liner installation. The applicant will also <br />provide the Division with a copy of the final construction report including all test <br />results and the final certification from the QA engineer that the approved design <br />plan was executed. <br />The applicant proposes to initially fill the reservoir using shares, which they own, <br />from the Box Elder Ditch Company. <br />We believe the above and attached information addresses all the corrcems and comments of the <br />Divisions adequacy review for this proposed mining permit.
