•
~(~~~
III I II I II I II IIII III Doc Date:12/11I2001
999
SECTION 6.0 Livestock Pond Construction Through 1993 and
Proposed Approximate Locations for 1994.
This section updates the CDMG on the locations of all constructed livestock ponds at Trapper Mine
through 1993 and projects approximate locations for proposed pond construction in 1994 (see attached
maps). The average pond density for Trapper mined-land areas will not exceed one pond per ten acres,
the density specified by the approved permit. Table 6-1 describes the as-built pond density in association
with the specific drainage areas.
In 1993, one new livestock pond was constructed in the newly established portion of W. No Name
drainage.
Enclosed map 6-1 also shows proposed pond locations that may be constructed by Trapper to accommo-
date the optimum density for livestock/wildlife use on the reclaimed area. Approximately five ponds are
proposed for construction in 1994 and should be completed by October 31st. Table 6-2 describes the pro-
jetted approximate drainage area per pond following construction in 1994.
As has been the case with previous livestock pond construction, future stock pond construction will meet
applicable certification standards.
IDMG\93RCPT61
f ~
~J
