Box 2065 . <br />2492 Industrial Blvd. - = j ' <br />Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 . <br />Dear Mr. Ponchak, - <br />This is in reply to your request for a letter specifying <br />conformance with County zoning regulations for the St. Jude <br />Mine located in the SW; Sec. 13 and SE; Sec. 14, Township <br />44 North, Range 18 West, N.M.P.M. <br />This area of San Miguel County is zoned F-Forestry and <br />Agriculture District; mining operations are a use allowed by <br />right subject to conditions (see enclosure).
