across the County Road from the pit, alleged that the pit

TREASURER Mr. Sadler also alleged that the pit and crushing

his home, which is apparently located less than 200 feet from
the affected pit area. A copy of Mr. Sadler's engineering
report on this issue is also enclosed. Allegations were also
made that machinery and materials associated with the pit
operation were being stored or used within the County Road
right-of-way. It was further alleged that reclamation
activities are inadequate and that the pit is presently being
