The survey report is acceptable. Comments: Please note that Isolated Find forms should be completed for each IF located on a project. The IF should also receive a Smithsonian number which can be obtained from this office. SITES/IFS LOCATED OR DOCUMENTATION UPDATED No new sites were located and no documentation was updated concerning previously recorded sites in the survey area. If site recommendations are noted above they may reflect an abbreviation or summary of the recommendations suggested by the site recorder. Please refer to the site form or contact this office (see phone numbers listed below) if additional detail or clarification is needed. If any of the above sites have recommendations that additional work must be performed, the Federal Agency must consult with the State Historic Preservation Officer on the eligibility of the resources to the National Register of Historic Places and the effect the project will have on the eligible resources. Copies of this review have been sent to Archaeological Research, Inc., the survey contractor as well as to Mined Land Reclamation Division, the lead agency on the project.
