<br /> <br />reasonable co-~tro1. of the party obligated to perform and <br />which said party could not have avoided by the use of due <br />diligence, such as acts of God, fire, floods, strike or <br />labor troubles, breakage of machinery, inability to obtain <br />necessary materials, supply or labor interruptions zn de- <br />livery or transportation, insurrections or mob violence, <br />regulations, orders or requirements of the government, <br />embargoes or other disabling causes, whether. similar or <br />different, then the time for the performance of any such act <br />or obligation shall be extended for a p.=_riod equal to the <br />extent of such delay. <br />24. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure <br />to the benefit of the parties Hereto, t.}ieir respective <br />heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. <br />25.
