Ceioradu at6at <br />i~D3592a-aa55 <br />The following information and plans are submitted to comply with <br />Stipulation No. 1 included in Colowyo's Mining Permit No. C-019-81. <br />Enclosed is a surface water monitoring and well monitoring locati^n map, <br />Water Monitoring Sites For Permit No. C-019-81 (Map 37). <br />• As stated during the application process, Colowyo will si,hmit to <br />the ?i. L.R.O. an annual report containing all of the data obtainei from <br />these and all other required monitoring and sampling programs. The first <br />annual report will be for the period January 1, 1983 tt,rouch December 31, <br />1983 and will be submitted by April 1, 1984. <br />Water Monitoring Plan <br />The following plan is submitted to satisfy.Stipulatio~5 tiD. 1 and <br />also includes the complete Surface Water Monitoring Play. <br />1. Sediment Ponds - There are currently three existing sed5;»ent <br />ponds, with valid N.P.D. E. S. Permits, contr-Dlling runoff from <br />disturbed areas at the mine and loadout site. A fourth pond <br />planned to be constructed and is shown as Pt. 004 on Water <br />Monitoring Sites For Permit No. C-014-81 (Mau 37). A copy of <br />Colowyo's N.P.D.E.S. Permit No. CO-0032832 is enclosed. <br />Following is a list of N.P.O.E.S. sampling requirements during <br />periods of discharge. <br />Weekly Samolina_ For: <br />a. Flow <br />b.
