The property is approximately 3 miles South of <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The site is located in T 5 N, <br />R 64 W, Section 5 in Routt County, Colorado. <br />GENERAL DESCRIPTION <br />The Steamboat North Concrete Plant (facility) is a ready-mixed concrete batch plant with <br />a water storage pond, truck wash out facility, aggregate stockpiles, conveyor systems, and <br />office/storage trailers. There are concrete mixer trucks and two front-end loaders <br />generally assigned to this facility. The facility has one 12,000-gallon diesel aboveground <br />storage tank (AST). <br />Hours of operation at the facility vary from up to 12 hours per day, and up to 6 days per <br />week. Also provided on this diagram are storm water drain inlets <br />and flow (slope) directions of rainwater (and spilled oil paths).
