Turner and own <br />approximately 95 Ac. In Gilpin County (includes 9 Ac. In Jefferson <br />County). See Clear Creek District Water Providers' Exhibit (map) C - 1. <br />Please note an error in designated ownership: The SW 1 /4 of the SW 1 /4 <br />Sec. 24, T3S, R72W (38.46 Ac.j belongs to Turner NOT to Wolf as <br />designated. <br />Though this error may seem inconsequential, it tends to falsely <br />enhance the Wolf property's shielding other ownership from any <br />quarry operations and to lessen Turner's exposure. Also please note <br />that the presence of such an error of material fact tends to bring into <br />question the accuracy of other parts of this permit application. <br />*(t should be noted here that Wolf is not personally responsible for the <br />error inasmuch that a check of Courthouse records provides the <br />correct description (unlike the Permit ApplicationL Comment <br />provided to be taken into account. <br />The possible occurrence of uranium mineralization in blast hole <br />cuttings and airborne dust. Reference to the attached figure from: <br />"Geology of uranium deposits In the Front Range, Colorado": P.K Sims <br />and D.M. Sheridan, 1964 * shows that there exists the possibility of <br />cutting through significant uranium mineralization during mining <br />operations and having it occur in dust from drilling, blasting, and rock- <br />
