for this well.
SAR values for well GP3 are less than 2, while values from well
GP4 have shown a very wide range from 47 to 177.
Well GP5 has had SAR values from 38 to 69. SAR values for well
GP6 have shown some variance, with values at or below 26.
The SAR value from the Pyeatt wells has generally been between 1
and 3. A slight decreasing trend could exist in well P1. The SAR
values from alluvial wells J1 and Coy have been approximately 1 and 2,
respectively.
• Water from the Lux well and well 51-03A contained SAR values of
1.6 and 199, respectively. More monitoring is needed to establish
good values for each of these.
SAR values for the Lux Springs are below 2, while the Colt Seep
and Cottonwood Spring are below one.
3.4 OTHER CONSTITUENTS
The major constituents other than the carbonates are presented on
pages B-49 through B-79. The heavy metals with an asterisk by their
symbol are total measurements while the others are dissolved
concentrations. Dissolved and total concentrations are similar for
• most of the heavy metals, except for iron concentrations where the
total values are generally significantly greater.
3-12
