Fcr all other operations, this notice must be <br />published once a week for four consecutive weeks, the final dace of oublication being at <br />least twenty days prior to the date for Board consideration. All notices must be published <br />in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operaticn. <br />(Full details in RULES 2.2 and 3.2).
